CURRENT STATUS OF PERFORMANCES OF "SOMETHING ROTTEN!"

Our first priority at Theatre Nebula is the health and safety of our patrons, actors, and staff. We want you to know we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and taking all necessary precautions to ensure our environment is a safe one.

Currently, all Theatre Nebula performances of “SOMETHING ROTTEN” at The Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center are suspended through April 7. 

 

This means that the first four weekends of the five-weekend run will not be taking place. 

 

The final weekend, hopefully, will run as scheduled.

If you have already purchased tickets for the first four weekends, the Box Office will be contacting you to see, if you can and wish to move your tickets to the final weekend of the run, or donate the purchased ticket price to Theatre Nebula..  If you wish not to do so they will refund your ticket price and any associated fees you may have paid. Credit cards will be refunded to your credit Card. If you paid with cash or check, you will be issued a check, but this will be delayed, as that process takes two weeks.

 

For the final weekend of performances, we have been limited to 250 occupancy: seating for only 200 plus 50 cast, staff, and crew. This 250 is the guideline issued by the Governor of Illinois for gatherings. We continue to monitor the situation closely and if anything changes we will alert patrons via email, social media, our website, or by phone.

AS WE ARE LIMITED TO ONLY 200 SEAT SOLD, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR THE PERFORMANCES ON APRIL 3, 4, 5 AND APRIL 10, 12.

 

We encourage all patrons, as well as our own staff and actors, to take the standard precautions and follow recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including frequent and thorough hand-washing, to prevent the spread of any illness. Above and beyond our usual standards of cleanliness, we have intensified our cleaning procedures and are taking special care to ensure that all surfaces in the Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center, including seats and arm rests, are disinfected before each show with CDC-approved disinfectant products. Additionally, we have added hand sanitizers throughout the facility for your convenience and posted signs regarding proper hygiene practices in all restrooms.

 

We respectfully ask that anyone not feeling well please stay at home. If someone in the facility is presenting symptoms, they may be respectfully asked to leave the premises.

In keeping with our commitment to customer service, Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center Box Office staff are happy to work with any Theatre Nebula patrons who are unable to attend or feel uncomfortable attending “SOMETHING ROTTEN” performances for which they have purchased tickets. Patrons may select another performance for “SOMETHING ROTTEN” and any associated exchange fees will be waived. For these services, please contact the Box Office directly at 847.202.5222. The Box Office is open and staff are available to provide assistance Wednesday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and one hour prior to each performance for sales for that day’s production.
