CURRENT STATUS OF PERFORMANCES OF "SOMETHING ROTTEN!"
Our first priority at Theatre Nebula is the health and safety of our patrons, actors, and staff. We want you to know we are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and taking all necessary precautions to ensure our environment is a safe one.
Currently, all Theatre Nebula performances of “SOMETHING ROTTEN” at The Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center had to be cancelled, due to the governor's COVID-19 stay at home order and precautions. We hope to re-mount this production as soon as restrictions of gatherings size allows.
If you have already purchased tickets, the Box Office has already contacted you via e-mail and/or phone. Please reply with your choice regarding your ticket purchase. You may choose to donate the purchased ticket price to Theatre Nebula. If you wish not to do so, the Box Office will refund your ticket price and any associated fees you may have paid. Credit cards will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid with cash or check, you will be issued a check, but this will be delayed, as that process takes two to three weeks.
If you have any inquiries, donation of your ticket price, or ticket refunds to this show that need to be processed, please contact Theater Coordinator Jeff Greene at 847.991.5318 or email at email@example.com. He will be checking phone messages and e-mails and get back to you. Please visit cuttinghall.org for updates on all our upcoming events.
We continue to monitor the situation closely and if anything changes we will alert patrons via email, social media, our website, or by phone.
We encourage all patrons, as well as our own staff and actors, to take the standard precautions and follow recommendations provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including frequent and thorough hand-washing, to prevent the spread of any illness. For more information on CDC recommendations and the coronavirus, please visit the CDC website at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/index.html.
Above and beyond our usual standards of cleanliness, we have intensified our cleaning procedures and are taking special care to ensure that all surfaces in the Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center, including seats and arm rests, are disinfected before each show with CDC-approved disinfectant products. Additionally, we have added hand sanitizers throughout the facility for your convenience and posted signs regarding proper hygiene practices in all restrooms.
We respectfully ask that anyone not feeling well please stay at home. If someone in the facility is presenting symptoms, they may be respectfully asked to leave the premises.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us Theatre Nebula at +1 847.202.4632 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We thank you for your patronage and wish you good health.
